Elite Certification
For the Elite certification you are being educated in RFST from 7 AM - 3:30
PM Mon- Thur. This includes self RFST, being assisted by Bob Cooley twice a week, assisting each other every day,
assisting Bob with one private session per day, teaching classes at night and on weekends, as well as the normal
Applied Anatomy and Kinesiology, Biomechanical Strategies, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nutrition, Genetic
Personality Type Theory lectures/participation for one hour each day.
This Elite Certification model is set up so that each flexibility therapist is developing themselves in
all ways before extending to help others. Each flexibility therapist is working on removing their weak biomechanical links,
psychological weak links, while upgrading their personalities, and professional skills. They are becoming exceptionally healthy
individuals in both their personal and professional lives. Their bodies are unusually naturally strong and flexible. They eat
exceptionally nutrient rich foods. Infra-red saunas, a hyperbaric chamber, and specialized Assisted RFST equipment are available.
They are helped in creating strategies for the new people they work with, and assist Bob with world class performers and athletes.
They travel domestically and internationally to assist me with unique individuals and groups in RFST. A strong professional association

Regular Certification
Becoming a certified RFST trainer has many advantages. The education alone makes
getting certified worth every penny. Not only would you be helping people completely enhance their body, but you'd be doing in a way that helps them feel absolutely amazing
