         This is your time to work with extremely knowledgable and skilled trainers that were trained exclusively and intensely by Bob Cooley. When working with an Elite Trainer you can expect continuous upgrades to your body. The correct amount of assister's will always be available to make sure we have the skill and labor force to remove chronic tension patterns of scar tissue, and dense fascia that is restricting your body. Removing scar tissue and fascia correctly will improve your bone rotational inter-relationships (BRI) as well as leave you feeling and looking great!
